EdC perform at many varied events from the obvious medieval fayres and festivals to small cultural events, charity events, entertainment events and much more. EdC prides itself on being the most entertaining, public friendly and immersive medieval impressionists and performers to be found.

History
In 1356, when the forces of King Edward III of England invaded France, King Phillip was gathering his own forces and was advised by one of his courtiers, a compser by the name of Guillaume de Machaut; “do not burden yourself with scum, take only the eslite d’ corps”, that is a hand picked body of men. King Phillip seemingly did not heed these words and while he was hindering himself with an undisciplined army, King Edward was turning men away because they did not meet the standards required of his soldiers. King Edward indeed took only his eslite d’ corps and as a result his goals in France were attained through these hardy, enduring, disciplined and loyal followers.
